### Changelog
1. Fixed the Windows system tray: after `--hide-on-close`, left-clicking the tray icon restores the window instead of doing nothing, and autostarted apps no longer register a blank taskbar icon.
2. macOS menu commands keep working on blank error pages: Reload, Go Home, Back, Forward, and Copy URL now use native WebKit APIs instead of page JavaScript, so they still respond after a page fails to load.
3. Fixed links mistaken for downloads: GitHub release pages and in-app routes such as `/assets/` open in the webview again, and Cmd/Ctrl+click counts as navigation rather than "save as".
4. Fixed the startup window appearing before its content is ready, and tray Hide/Show plus the activation shortcut now act on every window instead of only the main one.
5. `--ignore-certificate-errors` now works on macOS, and sharp, tmp, file-type, and quinn-proto were updated for security advisories. Node 20 is now the minimum, up from 18.
