- 减少大量 Codex 账号批量导入时的卡顿和重复资料查询，避免资料刷新覆盖较新的账号信息。
- 优化 Windows 下 Codex 的切号与启动速度，减少进程探测超时和重复等待，并修复启动时弹出黑色终端窗口的问题。
- 修复默认实例从账号切换到 API 服务后无法启动的问题；绑定保存失败时会停止启动并提示错误。

### Changed

- Codex Pro badges now consistently show PRO 100, PRO 200 and PRO 500, with official tier values taking precedence. Distinct colors make tiers easier to identify; PRO 500 adds subtle light-sweep and sparkle effects that respect reduced-motion preferences.

### Fixed

- Fix Codex official-login credential recovery and account switching with Windows secure authentication storage. Failed final imports retain credentials and support retrying the import.
- Reduce stalls and duplicate profile requests when importing many Codex accounts, and prevent profile refreshes from overwriting newer account information.
- Improve Codex account switching and startup speed on Windows, reduce process-probe timeouts and repeated waits, and fix the black terminal window
