Authenticode-signed community build from `cli/src/manifest.json` version `2.0.1`.
Architectures: amd64, arm64.
Program root: per-user LocalAppData (unsupported outside that root may log NVM4101).
Org Program Files / MSI / Intune: use NVM for Windows Certified Builds.

Assets per arch: Inno Setup installer (`*-setup.exe`) and prebuilt `sync.exe` (`*-sync.exe`) for public `-DownloadSync` builds.
