Grid Apps
Browser-based slicer for 3D printing, CAM, laser (Kiri:Moto) and mesh editor (Mesh:Tool).
What’s new
Verified 4h ago# Release 4.7.3
A focused patch release for CAM clearing and surfacing controls, workspace import selection, render performance, and slicing memory/stability fixes.
## CAM
- add a linear roughing clear pattern that runs the outline and fills the interior with routed linear passes
- add the linear clear pattern option to Area clear and Trace clear operations
- offset linear clear fill lines away from the first perimeter to reduce wall marring
- align roughing perimeters to start near the first linear fill line and reduce unnecessary jumps
- add slope angle min/max filtering for Area surfacing paths
- remove short stranded surfacing segments left behind by slope filtering
- fix rough flat detection by ignoring sparse Z-flat levels
- improve contour feed limiting so shallow descending moves stay near cutting feed rates instead of dropping to plunge rate
- reduce CAM slicer Z bucketing precision to group flatter surfaces more reliably
- fix Flip operation Z-bottom inversion so global Z bottom becomes `stock.z - zbottom` when enabled
- fix intermittent trace hover highlighting caused by shared trace materials
- add a Makera Z1 CNC machine profile
